Our company was founded over 13 years ago, and under new ownership we are more like an innovative start-up company. We are transforming the veterinary industry and are looking for candidates that want to learn, adapt and grow with us. Our primary focus is the safety and care of our canine patients, and we want them to have a positive, stress-free experience. We strive to develop long-term relationships with our pet parents and focus on exceptional customer service and education in a fun environment to provide more value than they might typically experience at a veterinary clinic or hospital. â€‹

Our Team Roles:

Veterinarian

You will play a leading clinical role in providing exceptional and compassionate dental care to our canine patients. Your expertise and knowledge of veterinary dentistry will contribute to maintaining the oral health and overall well-being of our pet patients. You will perform initial  examinations for each patient and confirm overall health, temperament, oral health and suitability for our non-anesthesia teeth cleaning. You may also prescribe and dispense medications as you deem necessary for the comfort and safety of our pet patients for use before, during or after their visit. You will supervise dental cleanings and perform the final check, review dental charting, treatment plans and recommendations by the Veterinary Dental Hygienists that will contribute to maintaining optimal dental hygiene and overall well-being of our pet patients.  In addition, you will sign off on all recommendations that will be communicated to the pet parent during the Check-Out process requiring follow-up with their (outside) Primary Veterinarian. You will also administer vaccinations and potentially other non-invasive wellness services. You will freely and professionally share your knowledge to train clinical staff, assist in developing policies and work with management on strategic priorities.

Veterinary Dental Hygienist

You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dental care to our canine patients. You will be trained in dental non-anesthesia teeth cleaning that will contribute to maintaining the oral health and overall well-being of our pet patients. You will perform safe and pain-free dental cleanings, complete dental charting, and document findings and recommendations all while providing compassionate patient care. You may assist in veterinary examinations, vaccination or medication administration, or communication with pet parents during the Check-Out process.  You will be trained to be proficient with the skills required in our Tier I Qualifications within your 180-Day Introductory Period, with growth and promotion opportunities to Tier IV.

Veterinary Dental Hygienist Assistant

You will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their interactions with our clinic. Your role will involve hand-off of patients to/from clients, assisting our veterinarian with examinations, assisting our hygienists during cleaning, medical record and dental charting as well as photographing patients. You will also help in scheduling appointments, coordinating patient records, and facilitating the smooth flow of operations in the front office and clinic. Your friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and patient handling will contribute to the overall success and reputation of our clinic. And you may decide you want to become a Veterinary Dental Hygienist (and we will train you on the job)!

Receptionist

You will be the friendly face and voice of our clinic, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and veterinary team. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and assisting clients with the Check-In process, managing phone calls and appointments, maintaining accurate client records, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations in the front office. Your positive attitude, strong communication skills, and passion for animal care will contribute to creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both clients and staff. Let your strong computer, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills shine!

Administrative Assistant

You will play an important role in supporting the management and veterinary teams to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic and office functions. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, scheduling and revising patient appointments, coordinating meetings and events, and handling confidential information with utmost professionalism. Your exceptional computer, organizational and communication skills, along with your attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs will contribute to the success of the clinic and its commitment to delivering exceptional dental care for our patients. Did you mention social media skills? There are lots of opportunities to help us with our social media platforms,  marketing and outreach programs, webpage and in-house training content!

Office Manager

You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and strategic management of the clinic and office. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient functioning of the clinic while maintaining high standards of patient care, client satisfaction, and team performance. You will work closely with the President, veterinarians, and staff to create a positive and thriving environment that delivers exceptional dental care to our canine patients. You will develop training materials, case studies and presentations, as well as assist in recruiting, interviewing, training and retention of the best staff! We will provide lots of opportunity to utilize your exceptional Microsoft Office, communications, and organizational skills too!
